Later this summer, The Vale Arts will be moving into an expanded Kelowna studio with more space, more height, and more opportunities to train, create, and grow.

The Vale Arts is an Aerial and Pole Dance studio rooted in the Okanagan Valley. We are a creative and technical training space designed to support strength, artistry, and safe, progressive movement for students of all ages and experience levels.

Originally founded in 2021 as Peak Aerial Fitness by Toni Grant, the studio quickly grew into a central gathering place for aerial arts in the region. In 2026, the studio entered a new chapter when it was purchased by long-time Studio Manager Ash McDonald, alongside her long-term peer and collaborator Mel (Acromel), whom she met at Peak in 2021. With years of shared teaching, training, and creative exchange, Ash and Mel reimagined the space as "The Vale", an environment that balances organic, expressive movement with strong fundamentals and uncompromising safety standards.

The name The Vale reflects both the surrounding Okanagan landscape and a philosophy of movement: a vale is a valley, a grounded place where strength gathers before ascent. Today, The Vale Arts continues to grow as a welcoming home for movers and artists, rooted in connection and lifted through movement.
